Kalakamu is registered in the Travel Guarantee Register maintained by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV), registration number 514/26/Mj. Advance payments are secured in accordance with the Finnish Act on Travel Service Combinations.

Booking & payment

• A €200 per person deposit confirms your spot.
• Balance is due 60 days before departure.
• If booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

• 60+ days before departure: €200 deposit forfeited.
• 60–30 days before: 50% of total trip price.
• Under 30 days before: 100% of total trip price.
• Organiser cancels (force majeure or insufficient participants): full refund.

Insurance

Participants must carry travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage.

Trip content and changes

The organiser reserves the right to modify itineraries for weather, safety, or other necessary reasons. Participants will be notified promptly of any material adjustments.

Liability

The organiser delivers trips as agreed but assumes no liability for participant-caused injuries, natural events, or third-party actions. Fishing success cannot be guaranteed.

Governing law

Finnish law governs these terms.
